Foodservice Sales MVP Joins Presenture as Director of Business Development

Houston, Texas – January 23, 2019Presenture LLC, a national foodservice sales agency, announced today Randy Roy has joined the company as director of business development. Randy has extensive foodservice sales experience in both the manufacturing and brokerage sides of the business.

In his new role, Randy is responsible for managing Presenture’s broker network on behalf of Presenture clients in addition to growing their foodservice sales through distributor and customer calls. Randy’s primary geographical focus will be in the southeastern region of the United States.

Randy most recently served as central region sales manager for National Deli, manufacturers of authentic deli proteins. Under his leadership, Randy increased territory from -31% to over +18%, gaining an additional 1.2 million pounds annually for the region. In fact, his territory was ranked #1 in sales growth for six consecutive quarters.

Prior to his role as regional sales manager for National Deli, Randy was regional sales manager for Natchitoches Meat Pie Company, manufacturers of Cajun empanadas. During this time, Randy grew the distributor network from six to twelve and expanded product coverage to eight states.

Randy began his foodservice career with the Lemmons Co. food brokerage in 1995 as warehouse manager working his way into an operator specialist sales position. From there he moved to Tropical Foods as territory manager responsible for building street business in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. He quickly advanced to general manager where he opened a distribution center responsible for over one million in annual sales. In 2006, Randy moved to Advantage Waypoint, a national foodservice sales agency, where he held the position of account executive and culinary lead. In 2012, he started with V&V Supremo Foods, manufacturers of Mexican-style cheeses, chorizo and creamas, where he held the position of territory sales manager.
