PRESENTURE OVERVIEW:

Presenture’s team of sales, marketing, and support professionals build and manage a national broker network. This client-specific broker network is supported by a custom go-to-market strategy, regional managers, an inside sales team, and uniform reporting. This eliminates or reduces the need for a manufacturer-owned sales team making Presenture the industry’s most economically prudent national foodservice business model for manufacturers.
WHAT THIS POSITION OFFERS:
- Build lasting relationships in distributor sales, contract management, business and industry, education, healthcare, and regional multi-unit accounts
- Define and manage quality opportunities independently and with our local broker partners to effectively progress through the sales cycle
- Provide feedback to Presenture’s sales team and manufacturer-clients to assist in the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans
- Mentor, develop, guide, and drive success for assigned regional broker network
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and inside sales support on product launches, training, communication, and promotional tools
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that requires creative thinking and common-sense decision making
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 6+ years foodservice distributor sales and broker sales experience
- Strategic and tactical business planning skills including building key account sales plans
- Highly entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated success in growing foodservice business volume utilizing strong work ethic, professional demeanor, integrity
- Excellent communication skills including negotiation and presentation skills
- Team skills including the ability to share ideas and work with other members to ensure the success of the team
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Highly proficient and experienced in the use of Salesforce or other CRM
- Culinary experience a plus

TERRITORY: United States
TRAVEL: 50-65% + (must live near a major airport hub)
