Kingston Creamery’s Breezy Blue Blew Judges Away at the 2024 World Championship Cheese Contest!

Houston, Texas – We are pleased to announce Kingston Creamery took home multiple Best of Class awards at the 2024 World Championship Cheese Contest held in Madison, Wisconsin this week!

In the Soft & Semi-Soft Mixed Milk Cheese category, Kingston Creamery took home 1st Place, Best of Class for its Breezy Blue.  In the Smoked Soft & Semi-Soft Cheese category, Kingston Creamery’s Smoked Blue also won 1st Place, Best of Class.

The world’s premier technical cheese, butter, and yogurt competition, the World Championship Cheese Contest has been hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association biennially since 1957.  A gold, silver, and bronze medal are awarded to the three highest-scoring entries in each class based on flavor, body, texture, finish, packaging, and other attributes of the cheese.
